Praying for Jill and that the Lord would continue to watch over her and her sweet family. May blessings continue to flow upon them, and may she be strengthened daily by the Lord and bubbling over with His goodness and the best He has planned for her. May no weapon formed against her or her family ever prosper, may goodness and mercy follow them all the days of their lives. May His love and sweet presence be all around her this week and always, and may she feel His goodness with each breath and step she takes. Father, we thank you for Jill and all of the goodness, wisdom, and rich knowledge You pour on her and through her. We thank You for her obedience and her beautiful heart. May she be blessed going in and blessed going out. I pray that she and her family are tucked safely under Your wings. In Jesus name, amen. Love, Sarah (I just wanted to lift her up tonight to the Lord! :)

Sweet Shine girls, I come to you this morning with a saddened heart for a sweet friend, Alaina Maddox. Yesterday was her 25th birthday. Her special day was spent (and still is) with her mother, Sharon Maddox, who is battling breast cancer. Unfortunately, this is her second battle. She fought and overcame the first one a few years ago. But earlier this year it came back with a vengeance. The doctor's prognosis is not good. From what I was told this morning, maybe a few more hours. Sweet girls, please wrap this family up in your prayers this morning. As hard as it is, I know God's hand is in this. Their spirits are good, but the hurt is still there, too.

Shawn, this news is tough!!! I can't imagine how hard that must be for them both. I am praying that He will help them through this. May they cling to Him knowing that He is enough. Lord, please comfort them in the way that only You can. Let Your presence fall heavy on them, and be the medicine they need. Holy Spirit, rain down on them. In Jesus name, amen. Love, Sarah

Thank you girls for all of your prayers for the Maddox family. Just wanted to give y'all an update. Mrs. Sharon is still in the same condition, but made it through last night, which is something the doctors didn't think would happen. The outlook is still not good. Please continue to pray for strength and comfort for this sweet family.

Erin - It would be so sweet for you to send Alaina a card. I will get her address for you. And I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, and I hate that you had to endure what my friend is now enduring. Cancer is such a hateful disease - and my heart breaks for anyone who has to suffer through it.

    7. Erin if you would like to send Alaina a note her address is 3511 Eatonton Rd Madison GA 30650.

Sweet SHINEs, please Continue to pray for the Maddox family. Mrs Sharon left her family to join The Lord in her forever home with Him today at lunch. No more cancer. No more pain. But her sweet daughter, husband, sons, and 1 yr old granddaughter need strength to go on with out the glue of their family. Lord, wrap them up in the arms of your love and comfort and flood their minds with happy memories and fill their hearts with peace that only You can give. The Maddox's lost a center of their world and our small town lost a wonderful and caring educator. Help each of us to find understanding and guidance in You even during such a great loss. Amen.

  3. Please say a prayer for our family. Our 13 year old dachshund, Copper, died on Friday. My 70 year old Dad was watching our kids while my husband & I took a long weekend anniversary trip to Vegas, so he had to dig a hole and bury him while we were gone. I am thankful he was there and we didnt' have to deal it, but feel bad he had to take care of one of the hardest jobs a man has to do.
Also, today is my sweet girl's birthday - if she were still here, she would be 14! I can't believe she was only 2 1/2 the last time I saw her. Its my precious Mom's birthday too - they both celebrate in heaven with Copper, if the Lord sees fit for dogs to be in heaven! Hannah loved that dog so much..... Thanks yall!

Dear Pepper, I am so sorry! That's just plain hard! God bless your Daddy for pulling through and doing such a tough job! The Lord must have known he could handle it, so don't feel bad! Praying for you and your family. May this time of loss be in the hands of the Father, and may our good Lord comfort each one of you and help you through it. May you have nothing but the sweetest of memories of Copper!
And God bless you Pepper. I pray the Lord comforts your mind and heart on your baby girl's birthday and your Mom's birthday. May the peace that surpasses all understanding be all around you today. I pray that the Lord is there to lift you and hold you each time when you need him the most. In Jesus name, Amen. I would bet that sweet Copper is there with them today! :) Love, Sarah

    2. Pepper, as I read this, I am realizing that the book Heaven is For Real comforted me so regarding my Mama...and a baby I miscarried...as well as my favorite dog. Have you read it? If not, may you be comforted as so many of us have been with this precious book about a little boy who died and returned to tell. Love you! Praying peace in Your heart! in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.

  4. Pray for Germaine Copeland and her family. They have had a fire at her home. I don't know the details...but sounds as if no one was harmed but there is loss...LORD. we lift up our sister in Christ...and her family...during this crisis! We know her stand in You, LORD...as she trains us to stand in the gap for our homes, our churches, our communities, our nations and the world. Thank You in advance for multiplying back to her abundantly what she has given into Your Kingdom! Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in her life and throughout her family today...in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.

    1. Agreeing with Teddi over Germaine and her family. Draw her close to you Lord that she may hear your whispers to her heart. In the way of letting go or having such a personal assault, I pray in her emptiness that you fill her big with your presence. I ask also for a blessing to return to her. You know her heart and her walk with you Lord so I pray that according to your promise you will more than restore her in more ways than but including material. Let the harvest be released and come forth to her. Bless her heart and her families. May they take this time to draw closer to each other and closer to you. In Jesus name, Amen.

  7. I feel as if I am in a season of bad news and I am desperately trying to soak in all God has for me in terms of lessons and leaning back into Him. Please pray for Amy and another friend, Erin, who was my college roommate. Erin is not a believer and she has a 5 day old baby and was just diagnosed with a form of bone cancer. In my grief and prayer, I have to believe that the Lord is desperately seeking us all through this valley. <3

    1. Praying God hover near Amy and Erin and meet them at their need. It's thru the valley or the wilderness, with pain and heaviness, that we find God the most near us, I believe. This is when he draws us near and our intimate relationship with him is ignited once again. Not our will but yours, sweet Jesus. Amen

Agreeing with you Mom that He will hover near them and meet them at their need. Rebekah, I am praying that you are comforted at this time, and that He would plainly reveal Himself and His awesome power to you through these circumstances. May the heaviness that is laying on you be lifted. I know you will soak in all He has for you because you are seeking him. :) Let Your will be done Father. Praying the Prince of Peace will rule and reign in Amy and all around her. Step by step, may the Lord hold her hand tightly and lead her to the place of healing and restoration He has planned for her. And may the Mighty Lord be Erin's Savior and Rescuer and Healer in this time of trouble. May this be her first time to trust You and place it all in Your hands, and may she see how awesome You are!!! Praying for good health and peace for her new sweet baby, and for healing in her body and bones. May she begin to experience Your peace and realize that it is the best thing that has ever happened to her! In Jesus name, amen. Love, Sarah

I posted earlier this week for prayers for my friend Alaina's family as her mother, Sharon, was fighting breast cancer for the second time. She passed away about an hour ago. Please wrap this family up with your prayers. They have all been so strong during this time, but they will need God's love more than ever now.

  9. Father, I love when it is very clear that my request is in agreement with...in full alignment with Your Word. We know LORD that it is not Your will that any perish but that all come to repentance, so we ask, LORD, for doctors, nurses, disciples everywhere flooding the atmosphere around Erin and shining their light sooooo brightly that she sees their good works and Glorifies our Father in Heaven!!! Woo Hoo!!! LORD!!! I'm expecting good news here!!! And, LORD, You have given Your precious heritage to Erin...the fruit of her womb...and we know that we are in line with Your will when we pray for the Mother of this baby...for You are the creator...the establisher through Family. The Family is Your idea...Daddy, Mama, and child/children. You brought Eve into being from Adam's side...and You told them to be fruitful and multiply. This baby is Your heritage, and it is Your perfect will that she be raised by his/her own mother. It also is Your will that we pray for the sick and that the prayer of faith will heal the sick...will in fact save the sick...sozo, LORD...the whole person spirit, soul and body! We are to lay hands on the sick, and they will recover! Not by accident that these requests are from Beka and that she wrote on that Faith today!!! We do rise up in that Faith... the substance of things Hoped for...we hope for healing for Erin and Amy...the evidence of things NOT Seen!!! If we can see it...it's not faith!!! We have been commissioned also to send the Word..."By Jesus' stripes, Erin and Amy, you are healed!!" "Jesus bore all your sins on the cross, and He healed all your diseases...when?...more than 2000 years ago! When He said, "It is finished!" He was saying, "It is done!" The only thing left is for us to Believe that It is Finished! We curse the cancer to the root and command that it bare no more fruit in Erin's body! We say NO to cancer!!! We cast it out by the Name of Jesus! Like in Matthew 8 when Jesus cast out the spirit...cancer is a spirit! Now, we say, "Arise and be healed dear, Erin, in the Name of JESUS!!"...from the top of your head to your soles to the tip of your toes! Thank You, LORD, for bringing it all together for this moment of time...this God Moment!!! We're binding our hearts together here and standing as one person and speaking with one voice...declaring and believing that Erin and Amy are healed!!! In Jesus' Name and for His sake, Amen and Amen!!

Please pray for my family as my husband is running from God right now. He is having a hard time taking responsibility for himself and blames me for anything and everything or our kids. I truly thought we were on a better track, but evidently not. he is doing a lot of screaming and threatening which is very hard on everyone. I claim my husband and family for Jesus and His renown. I truly don't know what step to take next. He keeps telling me it is all me and I am acting strange which I am not, but I am starting to question myself. I do not want to live in fear and feel this huge cloud over me with a massive pitt in the bottom of my stomach. I want to love him like Jesus does which has been my prayer and to see him as he does. I know the battle is not flesh and blood but spiritual. It is hard to not take it personally for my children and I. I want to experience His joy even in these tough circumstances that my children as well as he will see Christ in me by my actions and responses. My daughter feels very rejected and that he always picks on her and not the other children. I believe that she is a lot like me so he treats her different and all she wants is his love and acceptance. I do not want to be the "martyr" or feel stuck. I struggle with not believing in divorce accept for adultery so whatever comes my way I am to stick it out even though the world says different and what the balance is for lack of better words. He threatens he is going to take my kids away, but without any real reason why which makes me feel fearful and I do not want to act out of that fear. Thank you so much!

Dear Anonymous, my heart breaks for you! I am so sorry this is all happening to you. How wonderful you are for praying through this and trusting our Jesus. And how wonderful you are for praying to see your husband the way the Lord does, and for praying for him. Don't stop, just keep going, keep praying. The Lord will reward your faith in Him, and bless you and your situation. He will not leave or forsake you. I'm going to pray for you. Dear Father, you know every single detail of this situation. I pray that You, our Healer, our Deliverer, our Strong Tower, our Rescuer, and our Shepherd bring this family through this very difficult time. Coat Anonymous with your peace, and fill her mind with thoughts of You, and I pray that fear has no place in her. Your Word says that perfect love casts out all fear, we believe that! Comfort her with your sweet Spirit, and send Your angels to minister to her at this time. At the times she feels like giving up, or hope is lost, or she feels at the end of her rope, I pray that You come in like a mighty lion breaking down strongholds off of her, setting her free from this feeling of bondage, and enabling her to press forward with her eyes on You. I ask that Your spirit hover over this situation, their lives, and in their home. I also pray that You send her help, you relieve her stress and anxieties, and You lighten this burden for her. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 Speak to her husband's mind Lord and break down any strongholds that may be hindering him from drawing closer to You and hearing Your voice. Let all that may be dark to him suddenly be Light. Soften his heart, mind, and ways. Let him see You in his wife, and be drawn to her and appreciate her for the love she is pouring out. Praying that You bind them together at this time, and the enemies plans for their life together would fail. Protect their children at this time, protect their minds and hearts Father. Cover them and carry them through this rough time. We thank You in advance for hearing our cries to You, and for bringing healing and peace to this situation. Thank You for being the awesome God and healer You are, and for being there for us always day or night. We believe in Your mighty works. In Jesus name, amen. With love, hope, and expectancy for you Anonymous! Sarah
