JaNice has so kindly offered to host our very first SHINE party!
"LOVE" will be the theme of this party. With Valentine's Day in February....we wanted to celebrate "Love"--the very first fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22.
If you would like to meet some of your fellow SHINE girls...please plan to come!

I regret that I can't make this...I can't wait to meet you Jill and Terri and others. I will be returning from New Smyrna Beach, FLA that day..a must trip to prepare for our snowbirds...and I will be attending a baby dedication at 12 Stone (Hamilton Mill) for my youngest granddaughter that afternoon...at 4:30...whew...barely making it...or I would come! :) <3

ReplyDeleteI am going to try my hardest to be there! It's my dad's birthday Saturday, so we are celebrating that weekend, but should be back in town by 2 on Sunday. If I can make it, I'll bring some soft drinks. Looking forward to meeting everyone and thank you JaNice for opening your home.

This verse is calling to me. So often I allow myself excuses to not follow through with things. I sabotage myself. I cause myself pain and grief. Now, I am opening myself to what God wants me to see and hear and feel and do. I will follow obediently. This invitation was a true sign. My standard response to a party invite would be no, because of my children, my schedule, the weather, *something*. This SHINE GIRL party is at the most convenient time and place that I could ever imagine! It's a true sign that He is leading me to shed my dull outer-shell and find my inner sparkle. Thank you, Jill and JaNice. Jenifer Fiorenza will be there with something sweet. <3

I would love to attend this first party with all of you amazing ladies, but the upcoming week is slam-packed. One of my biggest struggles is spreading myself too thin and then being a stressed out "basket case," so I am working on recognizing when to say, "WHEN!" I hope you all have a wonderful time together! I am super disappointed to miss out. I promise to attend the next one and would be happy to host it if needed. Enjoy your shine-time together. :)
